A manatee and sea turtle exhibit in a domed 3-D theater, the chance to wade and swim next to Asian otters and marmosets, and a penguin experience that promises to immerse tourists in the middle of Antarctica will be on tap at SeaWorld Orlando over the next two years.   And Tuesday's announcement of the biggest expansion in the park's nearly 40-year history comes at a boom time for the Orlando area, which drew a record-breaking 51.5 million visitors in 2010 and expects 53.4 million this year, despite recent concerns about the impact of a weak global economy.   SeaWorld's "TurtleTrek" exhibit, with tanks of live sea turtles and manatees and a domed theater featuring computer-generated 3-D images, will open next spring. Also launching next spring: a "Freshwater Oasis" at SeaWorld's adjacent swim-with-the-dolphins boutique park, Discovery Cove. That attraction will put visitors in a clear spring under a rainforest-type canopy of trees to wade and swim next to Asian otters and marmosets.   SeaWorld Orlando will open its largest attaraction expansion, Antarctica-Empire of the Penguin, in spring of 2013.CAPTIONSeaWorldIn spring 2013, SeaWorld will open "Antarctica -- Empire of the Penguin" on the site of its current penguin attraction. Parts of the experience will also include a radical (but unspecified) temperature change that chief designer Brian Morrow says will create "the coldest attraction ever constructed."   SeaWorld debuted its first new themed Shamu show in five years in April, a little more than a year after a killer whale dragged a trainer to her death in the tank, AP notes. The park is spending tens of millions of dollars on new safety features in preparation for trainers to eventually work with the animals in the water again.
